Eliminating TRX from swap fees

When trying to swap USDT (TRC-20) to KLV (KDA) even if I have free KLV balance to cover the fees I am not allowed to swap it only if I have TRX. This is a bug in the check balance mechanism.

This is not possible because Klever Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. You will always have to pay a network fee when you Send or Swap. For USDT (TRC-20), network fee is paid using TRX. This is set by Tron, Klever cannot control it. 
There is no feature on Tron blockchain that allows you to pay network fee with other token, for example, with USDT (TRC20). 
Note, this feature is supported by KleverChain. For example, KDA token owners can allow users to pay the network fee with KDA tokens like KDA USD3 instead of KLV (the main token of KleverChain).
